In the arena of Emergency Service Provision, NBC understands the importance of equipment reliability; reliability in deployment and reliability in service. We know that operational response teams need the peace of mind that Emergency Equipment will be fit for use at all times and NBC is committed to ensuring our products can be relied upon.
Delivery - All NBC shelters are delivered within the UK directly by us, not by a courier or haulage firm.
Training - We recommend that first deployment is on your own premises where NBC engineers can ensure that your staff can be fully trained in deployment and strike-down.
Service & Maintenance - We highly recommend that you choose to take a preventative maintenance contract for at least the first year of operation. Beyond that we encourage all customers to continue with preventative maintenance to ensure ongoing deployment dependability.
Our Preventative Maintenance Service contracts now includes an Asset Tracking facility as standard with depreciation reporting to satisfy audit requirements , anti legionella treatment and shelter disinfection.

Repair & Refurbishment - Whilst NBC has developed a Preventative Maintenance Service designed to make life as simple as possible, we understand that accidents happen and so our team of experts offer a transparent and measurable repair and refurbishment service ensuring that equipment is operationally capable at all times.
