The History of NBC
NBC, incorporated in 2004, was born from a combination of frustration and belief. The frustration that other emergency shelter suppliers were letting Emergency Services down and the belief that a truly customer-oriented organisation could add real value by being more than just a product provider.
NBC was therefore established to be a partner to the Emergency Services for product supply and development, a partner for ancillary items supporting those products, a partner for the ongoing Service & Maintenance of those products and a training provider to ensure all investments returned the best Resilience capability possible.
From these humble beginnings and underpinning principles, NBC has become the preferred partner to the UK Emergency Services and indeed holds a number of framework agreements including the National Standard for Mass Decontamination through the UK Ambulance Service.
