Heavy Duty Safeframe® Emergency Shelters

NBC’s soft-walled Safeframe® shelters are rugged structures designed to withstand the most extreme environments. At the same time, the Safeframe® Emergency tents are rapid shelters erected by minimum personnel in a matter of minutes. The Safeframe® rapid deployment shelters are used as the National Standard for the UK Ambulance Service and truly offer an unrivalled combination of durability and speed of deploy.

 

General Purpose Shelters

The Safeframe®Lite range of temporary shelters retains the same operational benefits of the heavy duty Emergency Shelters, but requires fewer resources to deploy; the use of lighter gauge materials allows a more affordable temporary shelter

 

General Purpose Inflatable Shelters

NBC Group offers a range of inflatable temporary shelters, both sealed beam and continuous air varieties. These Emergency shelters are available in any size or colour and offer an alternative solution to the Safeframe® Lite temporary shelter.
Inflatable shelters are also available as Decontamination Units.

 

Mobile Decontamination Units

NBC Group Decontamination tents include the Safeframe®MDU shelter which is the National Standard Framework model used by the UK Ambulance Service for mass decontamination. The NBC Group portable decontamination range also includes decontamination systems for individual treatment of casualties or personnel in PPE. Our portable decontamination tents are available in frame and canvas structures or as inflatable tent systems.

 

Static Decontamination Units

NBC’s Static Decontamination units (Decontainer®) have been designed specifically for Acute Trusts to permanently deploy outside A&E Departments to provide near-instant decontamination capability. Each unit has integrated decontamination chambers and areas for disrobe and re-robe. Incorporating speed of deploy, ease of use, minimal training requirements and improved patient modesty, the hard walled decontamination units are a truly cost effective alternative to traditional soft wall emergency shelters.

 

Humanitarian Relief Tents

NBC Group supply disaster relief shelters ranging from small family relief shelters to Emergency shelters designed for use as field hospitals, accommodation or community centres in the wake of a disaster. Shelters are available from distribution points around the world to ensure quick delivery.

Our decontamination solutions include the National Standard for the UK Ambulance Service and many Acute Trusts; these range from portable self-contained one person emergency showers to mobile or static mass decontamination systems for multiple casualties in the event of Major Incidents.
